Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Ruineng Kitchen provides a one-year warranty on our commercial kitchen equipment, starting from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, defects caused by manufacturing or materials (non-human-caused damage) are covered.
2. What We Provide Under Warranty
– Free replacement parts;
– Free remote repair guidance (video call or written instructions) for parts replacement and troubleshooting.
3. What Is NOT Covered
– Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or use not in accordance with the product instructions;
– Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair;
– Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and accessories;
– Damage caused during transportation (please file a claim with the carrier and contact us immediately upon receipt);
– Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, electrical surges, etc.).
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us at admin@cnruineng.com or +86 17852958813, with your order number.
2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
3. After confirmation, we will arrange free replacement parts and provide remote repair guidance.
5. Customized Products
For customized products (OEM/ODM), the warranty applies to workmanship and materials as specified in the confirmed PI. Specifications and features of custom products are as confirmed on the PI.
6. Certifications
Products are manufactured in compliance with applicable standards. Certification marks (such as CE, RoHS, EMC) apply to the specific models that hold the corresponding certificates. Please confirm applicable certifications for each model with our sales team.
7. Limitation
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective parts as described above. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
