Shipping Policy

1. Trade Terms
We support FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA, and DDP. Our commonly used loading port is Qingdao, China. The applicable trade term for each order is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice (PI).
2. Packaging
– Standard packaging: carton + export wooden frame.
– Products containing glass are packed in export wooden cases.
– Customized packaging is available upon request and confirmed on the PI.
3. Production and Dispatch Lead Times
– In-stock standard items: shipment within 3–7 working days after deposit.
– Standard production (no stock): 15–20 working days for regular batch orders.
– Customized products (size/structure/special surface treatment): 25–40 working days, subject to the lead time confirmed on the PI.
– Peak seasons, large orders, and special customization may take longer; exact delivery time is confirmed before ordering.
4. Payment before Shipment
Orders are shipped only after the full balance is paid, per the payment terms (T/T 30% deposit / 70% balance before shipment, or L/C as agreed).
5. International Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on the destination country and the agreed trade term. We will provide the estimated transit time and carrier information when your order ships. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
6. Import Duties and Taxes
Unless DDP is agreed, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Receiving Your Shipment
– Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
– If the packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
– Claims for damage or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt together with clear photos, so that we can assist you.
