We are a factory-integrated supplier: we operate our own stainless steel factory in Binzhou, Shandong — with a 10,300m² self-owned plant, 5 production lines and 75 employees — together with an export trading company under the same management. With 10 years of manufacturing experience and an integrated R&D, production and export system, we offer factory-direct pricing and full customization support.
We mainly supply commercial kitchen stainless steel products and catering refrigeration equipment in five series: stainless steel work tables, sinks, shelves and trolleys; commercial refrigerators, glass-door display cabinets and freezers; dishwashers; bakery and cooking equipment. Best sellers are stainless steel work tables and sinks made of 201/304 food-grade stainless steel.
Yes. We offer sample processing, graphic processing and customized on-demand production — adjusting size, material, surface finish and functions — as well as OEM/ODM one-stop services. White-steel products can be customized in size and structure; sizes are confirmed through negotiation. Note: direct-cooling refrigeration series generally does not support size customization — please confirm with our team.
Yes, we can provide samples for your inspection and testing. For large formal purchase orders, sample-related costs can be discussed separately.

In-stock standard items: shipment within 3–7 working days after deposit (7–10 days when stock is tight). Standard production (no stock): 15–20 working days for regular batch orders. Customized products (size/structure/special surface treatment): 25–40 working days, subject to the lead time confirmed on the PI. Peak seasons, large orders and special customization may take longer; we will confirm exact delivery time before ordering.
We accept T/T (30% deposit / 70% balance before shipment) and L/C. The balance is payable before shipment.
We support FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA and DDP. Our commonly used loading port is Qingdao. Default packing: carton + export wooden frame; products with glass are packed in export wooden cases (customizable upon negotiation).
Our products hold CE, RoHS, IEC 60335, EMC, MSDS and GPSR certifications and have passed the SGS third-party supplier audit, meeting entry requirements of the EU and major global markets. Certificates are linked to applicable models.
Raw materials are traceable, every production line is equipped with QC stations, and we apply 100% inspection, random inspection or client-required inspection carried out by 6 full-time QC inspectors, ensuring stable quality for every shipment.
One-year warranty. For non-human-caused machine damage during the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and remote repair guidance.
Yes. Laser-engraved logos are available for white-steel products; customized stickers are available for refrigerator products. Minimum order for logo customization: 10 pieces. Please provide AI/PDF vector files; pattern, position and size are confirmed on the PI.
