2. About Us
This website is operated by Shandong Ruineng Import And Export Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ruineng Kitchen”, “we”, “us”). We are a factory-integrated manufacturer and exporter of commercial stainless steel kitchen equipment, including work tables, sinks, shelving, refrigeration equipment, cooking equipment, and bakery equipment.
3. Products and Services
All products displayed on this website are for commercial (B2B) use. Product specifications, dimensions, materials (201/304 stainless steel), and configurations are subject to final confirmation through quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI). We reserve the right to update product information without prior notice.
4. Quotations and Pricing
– Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
– Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
– Unless otherwise agreed, prices are EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP as stated in the quotation and do not include import duties or taxes for which the buyer is responsible, except as provided under DDP terms.
5. Orders and Payment
– MOQ: 1 piece for in-stock items; 10 pieces for made-to-order items.
– Payment: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or L/C as agreed. The balance is payable before dispatch.
– Order acceptance is subject to our confirmation and the terms stated in the PI.
6. Customization (OEM/ODM)
– White-steel (stainless steel) products can be customized in size and structure; sizes are confirmed through negotiation.
– Direct-cooling refrigeration series generally does not support size customization.
– Laser-engraved logos are available for white-steel products (MOQ 10 pieces; AI/PDF vector files required). Logo placement and size are confirmed on the PI.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos (except third-party certification marks), and design, is the property of Ruineng Kitchen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruineng Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Products must be used and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions and the Warranty Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the place where we are registered.
